WHAT WE SELL (AUTHENTICITY)
Every listing is for a physical, shipped item (not a digital download).
Items are authentic posters/prints as described. If something is a reprint or otherwise non-original, it will be clearly stated in the listing.
Frames are not included unless the listing explicitly says “framed.”
ONE-OF-ONE INVENTORY (IMPORTANT)
Most items are one-of-one (we typically have a single copy of a poster/print).
If a single poster sells (or a set sells), we will update or remove related listings as quickly as possible because availability may change.
In rare cases where two purchases occur close together across platforms, an item may oversell. If that happens, we may need to cancel and fully refund an order due to availability, and we’ll contact you immediately.
CONDITION STANDARDS (COLLECTOR NOTES)
Condition is described per listing and supported with photos. Please review photos carefully.
Many items are collectible/vintage; minor signs of handling (light edge wear, tiny surface marks, gentle corner wear) can be normal and are not automatically considered defects.
We photograph and/or note any meaningful flaws we observe. If you want extra confirmation, contact us before purchase.
COLOR & SCREEN DIFFERENCES
We photograph accurately, but screens vary. Expect minor color/tone differences depending on your device and lighting.
ORDERS: CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We can only accommodate changes/cancellations before shipment. Once an order ships, it cannot be modified or canceled.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders typically ship within 1 business day, excluding holidays.
Tracking is provided as soon as the package is scanned by the carrier.
PACKAGING STANDARDS (COLLECTOR-GRADE)
We pack with collector care to minimize risk of bends, dents, and corner wear:
Protective sleeve/wrap
Rigid supports and/or heavy-duty mailing tube (based on item size/material)
Extra corner/edge protection when appropriate
COMBINED SHIPPING / MULTIPLE PACKAGES
We combine shipping when items can safely ship together.
If your order requires separate protection, it may ship in multiple packages.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because these are collectible items with condition documented, all sales are final except:
Damage in transit, or
A material error in the listing (wrong item, major misdescription).
If one of the exceptions above applies, the resolution will be determined case-by-case and may include a replacement (if available) or a refund.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT (REQUIRED STEPS)
If your item arrives damaged:
Email info@carpedayyyum.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
Photos of the outer packaging (all sides)
Photos of the inner packaging
Photos clearly showing the damage to the item
Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved.
DELIVERED BUT MISSING / CARRIER ISSUES
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package:
Check your delivery area, mailroom/front desk, neighbors, and contact the carrier first.
If it still doesn’t turn up, email us and we’ll help with next steps.
Please note: we cannot automatically refund items marked delivered if the carrier confirms delivery, but we will assist where possible with claims/investigation.
TAXES, DUTIES, AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Sales tax (if applicable) is calculated at checkout where required.
For international orders (if offered), buyers are responsible for customs/VAT/import fees charged by their country.
